Shipping

Free shipping from €50 
Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge within Austria and Germany.

Flat-rate shipping fee for orders under €50
For orders under €50, the shipping fee is €8 (AT & DE)..

Freight shipping for pasture tents
Pasture tents are delivered via freight carrier – separate shipping fees apply, regardless of order value.

Return shipping information
Outbound shipping is free for orders over €50. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Delivery times
Austria: 3–5 business days; International: 5–7 business days.
No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Mixed orders
If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship them together – unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is based on the item with the longest stated delivery period.

Secure payment methods
We offer secure and convenient payment options – such as credit card, PayPal, instant transfer, or prepayment.

Note for international orders
For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes, or bank fees may apply, which are not included in the total price.


Any transfer fees are to be borne by the buyer.

Returns

 

Easy returns
Please contact our customer service before returning items to discuss exchange options or custom-made products.

Return confirmation via email
Once your return has arrived, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refund within 14 days
The amount for returned goods will be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method.

Return shipping at customer’s expense
Please note: return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Outbound shipping is free, return shipping is not.

Excluded from exchange
Customized items (e.g., special configurations, embroidery), special orders made to customer specifications, and pasture tents are excluded from exchange as they are made to order.

Shipping Damage

 

We generally ship in sturdy cardboard boxes and padded shipping bags. If you notice obvious damage to the packaging upon delivery, please note this on the delivery receipt of the parcel service – e.g. "Packaging damaged – accepted with reservation". Only in this case can we claim compensation from the carrier.

If the package is visibly damaged and you suspect the contents are affected, please do not accept the shipment and note on the delivery slip: "Packaging and contents damaged – package not accepted." In this case, please contact us immediately by email or phone so we can determine the next steps together.
