As fare as no other delivery date is mentioned in the articles description, the order will be delivered within 3-5 days within Austria; delivery within EU may take up to 7 day as of order confirmation. On Saturdays and Sundays there is no delivery. If an order contains articles with different delivery dates, they will be delivered in one package unless other agreements were made between seller and buyer. In this case, the time needed for delivery will be the one of the article with the latest delivery date.
PAYMENT
Your credit card will be charged after final order confirmation. When delivering to foreign countries, taxes and other fees might occur, which are not included in the final bill. Note: additional fees (e.g.. due to money transfer) shall be covered by the recipient.

With us you shop with highest comfort and also returning articles shall be convenient. Therefore, please contact our customer service center first. We will send you a pre-paid return tag. Please print the tag, put it on the package and return it at the next post office. As soon as we receive the package you will receive a confirmation by email. The price of the product(s) will be returned to the card or account which was originally used to order. Please note: Personalized and tailor-made articles can generally not be returned. The use of our suggested return service is not obligatory. To print the return tag, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The program can be downloaded free of charge.
Our products are all neatly packaged and shipped. If you should receive an obviously damaged package please make a note on the delivery receipt. (e.g.. “damaged packaging – take over condition: free delivered good free of damage”) Only in this case we can demand compensation for transport damages from the parcel service company.
When it is obvious that also the delivered product is damaged, please do not accept the delivery but note on the delivery receipt “Packaging and product damaged – package not accepted”. In this case kindly get in contact with us so that we can agree on how to proceed.
